Small and medium sizes enterprises (also small and mediumenterprises) are businesses whose personnel numbers falls below certain limits. Small enterprises outnumber large companies by a wide margin and also employ many more people. SMEs are known to be responsible for driving innovation and competition in many economic sectors, while these are encouraged by veiwed factors.SMEs plays a very important role in development of the Nigeria in Economy. Making about 97% of the entire economy. It serve as source of employment generation, innovation, competitive economic dynamism which ultimately lead to poverty alleviation and natural growth (Taxation).
